Your rights
In accordance with applicable consumer law in the Netherlands and the EU, you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
How to request a refund
Contact us at info@nyxarionsquixell.world with your order details and reason for the request. We will confirm receipt and process your request in line with this policy.
Conditions
Products must be returned in unused and resaleable condition where the law requires return. We may deduct from the refund any loss in value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within a reasonable period after we receive the returned product or after you have provided evidence of return. The refund will be made using the same means of payment unless you agree otherwise.
